Ericka Hardin
Ericka Hardin proudly began her career in real estate in 2008. She joined the Keller Williams McKinney office in 2009 to gain their support, excellent training, and market presence. Ericka joined Ebby Halliday Realtors in 2017 to elevate her business. By joining the Ebby Prosper/Celina office Ericka continues her commitment to the community, business, and the school district. With her move to Ebby Halliday she brings an even higher level of excellence and knowledge to her customers and clients!
Ericka's sales have increased yearly with 2015 showing a 137% increase in production. In 2015, Ericka was awarded the #2 Individual Producer in GCI out of over 300 agents and has been nominated for the Five Star Professional Award 5 years. Ericka has been awarded Best Agent by D Magazine in 2018. And recently Best Agent and Top Producer by D Magazine for 2021. Ericka was #2 in production for the Ebby Prosper/Celina office in 2020. Ericka was #36 for the 2020 Ebby Halliday Honor Roll out of over 2000 agents in the company. Ericka has been on the Relocation Team for 3 years. She is very proud of these accomplishments!

In her personal life, Ericka is a mom to 4 kids, a Prosper Resident of 20 years, and full-time Real Estate Agent since 2009.
