Stress is reduced when clients know and trust I will protect their interests. The Denver metro market moves at a rapid pace. It requires diligence, experience, and follow through. As your agent, I work to create a smooth transaction. Thirty plus years in the business sharpens my expertise and confidence to help you make good choices and sound investments.
There are many capable brokers from which to choose your agent. Two qualities separate me from other professionals. The first quality is identifying the total package my client desires. The second is my ability to solve problems behind the scenes. I recognize Buyers are not merely looking for a nice house in a nice neighborhood, but a home and a neighborhood that enhance their values and lifestyle. When it comes to Sellers, net equity is crucial, but the ease from the For Sale sign in the front yard to signing documents at the closing table is also important.
For the past nine years, 5280 Magazine has awarded me the Five Star Realtor Award. The criteria for this award is based on degree of professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, not number of sales. Buyers and Sellers who closed real estate transactions during the past year, Lenders, and title companies are sent a survey in which they submit names of realtors who they believe exude professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. The top 3% whose names are submitted are given the Five Star Realtor Award. I proudly accept this award, and I look forward to serving you.
On the personal side, I am a proud Colorado native and bias sport's fan. I faithfully root for the home teams, and can hardly wait to watch the Broncos on Sunday afternoons. I enjoy taking morning and evening walks and gazing at the Colorado Rockies. My somewhat secret passion is writing. I have been working on several pieces of writing, none of them are completed. I love to play in the garden with flowers and herbs. Aside from fulfillment of family and friends, my greatest joy is knowing I've helped others fulfill their passions and dreams of home ownership.
