What makes a successful real estate professional? Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network … all hallmarks of how I have practiced real estate since becoming licensed in March of 1984. Between the RE/MAX brand and my experience means I’ve “been there” through all kinds of markets and all kinds of economic challenges.
My goal throughout my career has been to make each and every buyer and seller feel as if he or she is my only buyer, my only seller. Not an easy task but certainly a worthwhile goal! This means remaining accessible, being a good listener as well as a thorough communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. Know that I return calls, emails, and texts promptly and usually within minutes.
The latest technologies plus the marketing design options available through RE/MAX have made it even easier to extend the range of services to buyers and sellers.

My philosophy is simple: My clients and customers come first. I pledge to be in constant communication, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with a satisfying experience, I haven’t done my job.
Involvement
The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals benefit from RE/MAX's commitment to this life-saving hospital group. I am proud to contribute a portion of each and every sale and sold listing commission to Milwaukee Children's Hospital, amounting to over $5,000 in the last several years. In 2011, I was honored to receive RE/MAX North Central's Community Citizenship Award. I'm proud of my affiliation with the Big Sisters of Greater Racine Inc. as a Big Sister, as a past president, and now back on its Board of Directors.
A little bit about me
Small-scale "real estate" is my spare time obsession. I collect and create miniatures and miniature scenes in 1:12th and 1:24th scales. (Click on one of my photos to see a my 1:24th scale conservatory and 1:12th scale Millinery & More shop.) My kitchen table is nearly always covered with the latest work in progress. Thankfully my two cats, a Maine Coon Dino and a Tortie Marilyn, don't share my obsession.
