I service buyers, sellers and investors in the Saint Louis Metropolitan Areas from Saint Louis City, County, Jefferson County out to and including Saint Charles City and County, Lincoln & Warren Counties. I have over 16 years experience as a Multi Million Dollar Producer in Residential Real Estate with 13 years as a Broker. I have earned the GRI designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute, Certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Seller™s Representative Specialist (SRS) & Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a member of the National Association of Realtor (NAR), Missouri Association of Realtors(MAR), and St. Charles County Association of Realtors(SCCAR). Through my client's reviews I have humbly been awarded for 5 continuous years the St Louis Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award. My initial Real Estate Career began with acquiring Foreclosed homes on the Saint Charles County Court House steps 14 years ago. Now as a seasoned Residential & Investment Broker, my knowledge, experience and professionalism are a result of my foundation of hard work, strategic planning and implementation, along with commitment to and execution of classroom & first hand experienced education. As a full time Real Estate Broker, my profession is working with residential buyers and sellers in all price ranges, with specialty in the first time home owners. I am married with three children, a proud grandmother and live in Saint Charles, MO. I enjoy meeting new people, being an active listener, recognizing, formulating, sharing & implementing realistic options to overcome obstacles, spending time with my family and friends, and going to Cardinals and Blues games.
