My name is Kelly Rockefeller, and I have been helping people achieve their dreams since 2011! If homeownership, building, or investing in properties is one of your dreams, I am the experienced REALTOR® to help you through that process. I am located in the Greater Milwaukee area and specialize in lake properties, new construction, and buying and selling existing homes as well as condominiums, multi-family units, and land. From Lake Michigan to Lake Country – it’s important to love where you live!
I began my career in real estate after the “big bang” of 2007 while living in a ‘money pit’ that we just couldn’t get ahead of. Personally, it was a very emotionally trying time, and I vowed to help people with their dream of homeownership with the knowledge of my life lessons as my ultimate wisdom. From there, I became educated in the real estate process, the contract laws, and became involved in multiple educational organizations and serving on the board of committees with The Women’s Council of REALTORS, the Residential Real Estate Council, and the Professional Standards Committee within our local Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS. I have also been an ambassador on our local Multiple Listing Service board to help create new standards for the Real Estate industry. My passion for the process is greatly rivaled for my absolute joy in helping people achieve their dream of homeownership!

My personal vision is all about work-life balance. Loving what I do in Real Estate is really the icing on the cake! I grew up on the south-side of Milwaukee and absolutely love this city. Everything about Milwaukee shines; from the summer festivals, local breweries, and of course – Lake Michigan itself, it’s all fantastic!
I might be obsessed with lakes, big and small, and currently live in the area what is known as “Lake Country”. The area of Lake Country technically has over 140 lakes in Waukesha County! They span from southern Waukesha County by Muskego to northern Waukesha County in Colgate. My area of specialty is Delafield (where I currently reside), Wales, Dousman, Genesee, Ottawa, Oconomowoc, Chenequa, Nashotah, North Lake, Hartland, Pewaukee, Lisbon, Sussex, and Waukesha. Lakes are fun year-round out here – but personally my favorite is being on the boat in the summertime on Lake Michigan.
Warm weather is my jam! I love the heat and humidity which is why I always enjoy SCUBA diving in tropical locations with my dive buddy. As a single mom of two teenagers and two wacky dogs, my life is a constant sitcom! My personal motto is “a day without laughing is a day wasted!” I’d love to help you Love Where You Live and enjoy the process with professionalism and fun!
