Hello, we are Eva Sanders and Temara Presley, a mother-daughter Realtor team serving the Portland Metro area. We’ve been helping clients buy & sell homes and investment properties together for over twenty-five years. We are native Oregonians with a combined 43 years in the real estate industry. Being a team provides more service and availability for valued clients. Being a mother-daughter team has been a key to success because we share the same vision for our clients.
Experience, education and integrity are the ingredients of a trusted advisor. Eva brings her residential, land and commercial experience to clients. Eva has been selling real estate for over 25 years, has owned two real estate companies and was a builder with her husband for more than 10 years. Temara is an experienced residential agent specializing in buyer representation and listing promotion. She has her BS Biology/Chemistry and, after working in biotech and computer manufacturing fields for 4 years, has been working in the real estate industry since 1998. Eva and Temara are top producing agents; Platinum and Diamond members of the Million Dollar Club, their volume is in the top 5% of Portland Metro agents.
