The difficulties forced on us by Covid plus the insanely hot local real estate market made the process somewhat fraught, but Chris was a beacon of resilience and fortitude as he helped us navigate the local conditions, and being second in line with the property we really wanted, to a successful conclusion. On top of that, we accomplished this through Chris' good offices 100% remotely! From the first video walkthrough via FaceTime to the inspection and the pre-closing final walkthrough Chris was there for us, and will literally be there for us when we finally arrive in Florida on 1/10/2020. The team of Michael Saunders staff working with Chris helped immeasurably with previews of the closing accounting, wiring the monies, title search, and insurance, and emailing us the final deeds. Chris was a lifesaver for us relocating from Texas to Florida. We had only 48 hours to look at multiple houses, make a decision, and fly back to Texas. Chris sent us selection that met our criteria ahead of time so we could hit the ground running when we arrived.
