Janis Fuhrman continues to have an outstanding performance achieving the prestigious NJ Association of Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Award for the years of 2009 - 2018. In addition to the NJAR® Circle of Excellence® Awards, Janis is also a seven time Five-Star Home Professional.
Janis has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer in the Ridgewood area since 1992 and just celebrated her 26st year anniversary in real estate. Janis has been consistently in the top 1% of all agents in the market share for Ridgewood.
Janis is also very involved in the Ridgewood community. She has been very active with the Ridgewood High School Jamboree to raise money for scholarships and serves on the Board of Trustees. She also served on the board of the Inter-religious Fellowship of Bergen County and the Transitional Housing Committee of the Junior League of Bergen County. She is an active member of the College Club of Ridgewood and has produced several College Club Capers productions. In addition, Janis was recently appointed to the Ridgewood Library Board of Trustees.
