As a seasoned real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. Prior to officially entering real estate in 1999, she enjoyed a successful career as a Creative Director in Magazine Publishing for firms in both Chicago and Connecticut gaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing and negotiating that equipped her with an excellent foundation for the competitive real estate market. A consistent top-producer and multiple award winner, Patty firmly believes that people are at the heart of every real estate transaction and that successful relationships do not materialize without hard work, positive thinking, commitment, persistence, and above all else, integrity. With her tenacity and problem-solver mindset, Patty prides herself on giving each of her clients, the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, market trends, and comparable sales and property values; and providing clients with a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. A long-time Ridgefield resident with her husband of 25 years and two children, Patty is in awe of its history, small town charm, and the spirit of its people. My children have gone all the way from preschool through high school in Ridgefield. They have been involved in everything from sports to art, music, theater, science, and church service programs, so I am intimately familiar with the wealth of extra-curricular options which Ridgefield & Fairfield County has to offer.
