The following are some highlights of my business career:

May 2014 - joined NFM Lending - America's Common Sense Lender! (NMLS #2893).

March 2010 - May 2014 - Partnered with Integrity Financial Services of Tampa Bay, Inc. DBA SunCoast Mortgage.

Oct 2006 – March 2010: VP, Principal Broker and Partner in SunCoast Mortgage Partners, Inc. Licensed Mortgage Broker, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, NAMB Seal of Approval for Lending Integrity and Winner of the 2008 Rookie Small Business of the Year Award from the Longboat Key/Lido Key/St Armands Key Chamber of Commerce, 2009 Business Woman of the Year finalist by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

I began working in this industry in March, 2005 as a Mortgage Loan Processor. And, I have been told that the above accomplishments are quite remarkable to have attained in a little more than 3 years; 3 of the most challenging years this industry has experienced historically.

I was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award for 2007 from the Child Protection Center in Sarasota and I have been involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County since 2001 in a variety of roles and currently serves as a member of the Women’s Leadership Council.

Specialties: I am a Loan Originator, and I have earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. I work with my clients to develop short and long term goals for home ownership. I work with first time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
