Many prospective borrowers will first search answers online. The information is readily available and oftentimes reassuring. Makes sense right?  Maybe not…

The internet does not know an individual’s personal financing goals. When consulting with a customer, I first identify both long term and short term goals to provide information to empower confident decisions. My job as a mortgage banker is to ensure my customers are comfortable with their future repayment and purchase decision. Consultation on home financing is NOT at a cost to consumers at Brand Mortgage. There is no fee up-front. I offer my time at no cost to listen and understand my customer’s needs. The only cost to anyone is the time spent during the meeting or phone call.

The internet makes information quickly accessible. However, there are only so many specific details a mortgage calculator can take into consideration. Searching the internet a consumer will find the answers to the questions you are seeking. But if that consumer does not know what to ask or what options may be most beneficial, the internet cannot offer this information.

Providing thorough and customized answers to my borrowers is the premise of my work as a mortgage banker. Numbers will always give the answers prospective buyers and existing homeowner’s they need to make informed decisions.
