Hi there, I'm Matt Loeffler and thank you for visiting my website. I'm a Sacramento native, I graduated from Rio Americano High School, American River College, and UC Davis. I've been married to the love of my life, Tiffany, for 13 years and we have 2 adopted kids from Haiti, James and Laurie. I've done a number of exciting things in my professional life from coaching with the Toronto Blue Jays to Investment Planning with Merrill Lynch to Global Missions Leadership with our church, all of which cultivated in me a passion for caring for people and helping them reach their highest goals.

I've been involved with investments for 12 years and have been a licensed realtor for 8. I love to help clients make the major transition of buying and selling their homes and I'm even more passionate about finding great investment deals and structuring win-win-win scenarios where we, the sellers, and partner investors are all excited. I've been able to establish a great team maximizing our strengths and positioning us to be able to find great potential opportunities, make all the best return-on-investment improvements, sell or hold for great returns, and cultivate long-term value providing relationships with our clients.
