Gary is pleased to announce he has earned Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite designation. This designation identifies Gary in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker agents in productivity.

Gary is employed by Coldwell Banker which has been in business since 1906 and has numerous offices throughout Southern California.
Gary grew up in Michigan and has a BBA from Western Michigan University. Gary has been active in the local real estate market since his move here in 1976. He has owned and managed numerous income and investment properties. He held a California Real Estate Broker’s license and for the past 15 years has been a full time agent assisting his clients.
Gary is also a member of Coldwell Banker’s corporate referral agents—attending to the needs of national corporate clients and military families. He is a Certified Negotiation Specialist and Short Sale Specialist plus a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Gary’s in depth training includes special courses in Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, and Business Law.
