I have been in Real Estate since graduating from college with a degree in Sales and Marketing. I take my career very serious and my clients are the most important thing. In the era where customer service tends to be lacking I try my best to make sure all my clients feel as they are my only clients. Sellers will get the best possible internet marketing and exposure. I feel that photos are the most important thing a agent has to do next to pricing a home to get it to sell. With that I spend a great deal of time assisting in staging and de-cluttering a home prior to listing and putting the home on the market. This has given me a 97% list to sell ratio with a average under 45 days on the market for this year. For my buyers I always take the time to get them preapproved and figure out the best programs for them. I am very educated in the lending process and enjoy finding the right loan programs for them. Once decided on that I will set my buyers up on a custom search so they get NEW LISTINGS AUTOMATICALLY sent to there email as they become listed. This will prevent you missing out on the listings when they hit the market. In addition I have a assistant that I am blessed to call "My Mom" that assist in making sure all of our buyers are able to get out and see the listings ASAP. For both buyers and sellers I make it first priority daily to review your contracts so that we make sure closing is smooth as possible and try very hard to never let a deal fall apart and not close. Referrals make up nearly all of my business and I thank my clients and friends for that!
Another benefit to my sellers and buyers is my extensive construction experience. My family has taken our passion of homes and remodeling and turned this into a family business to renovate and restore homes in Westmoreland County. We have several rental homes and renovation homes that we are very proud to showcase to rent or sale. This experience can assist greatly in helping sellers prepare there homes for sale with the most modern advise and give buyers ideas on what to do to a home to make it there's in a most economical way that works for them. When I am not selling homes I am also a full time mother of 2 beautiful active little boys and a teenage stepson who make every day a adventure. We enjoy the outdoors very much and sporting events from hockey to motocross racing. My family also enjoys going to our cabin in Deep Creek Maryland to ride horses at our family stable Circle R Ranch and relax at the lake! We are blessed to all have each other and to have a career that allows me to spend time with my children and still be a full time Realtor. All my clients know up front my children are my world and so are my clients!
