My name is Diane Cramer and I am one half of one of Colorado’s most prominent Realtor couples.  My husband Steve Cramer and I have been working together since 1995.  Our combined experience in the real estate industry totals over 50 years. 

 

We specialize in residential properties in the Denver Metro area including the communities of Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn, Arvada, Brighton and the surrounding areas.  As Broker/Owners of EXIT One Realty, our combined skill set insures that our clients receive the finest service available.

 

When I entered the real estate business I combined the “loves” of my previous careers:  housing, law, accounting and people.  I’m a graduate of Colorado State University where I majored in consumer sciences and housing.  I particularly enjoy helping my clients prepare their homes for sale and have earned the ASP™ designation, Accredited Staging Professional.

 

I’m blessed to be a Colorado native and have been actively involved in the Denver Metro community for over 30 years.  I’ve served as presidents of the North Metro Denver Realtor Assn., the MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce, the Westminster Rotary Club, CrimeStoppers, and the Community Artist Series, and served six years as Adams County’s representative on the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District.

 

In our spare time, Steve and I love to cook, travel and play with our dogs.  Not many dogs can say they’ve been to 30 states, but Sadie and Ellie can.  I’m also an avid fan of HGTV and always have a re-decorating project on my to-do-list.

Hi, my name is Steve Cramer , the other half of Steveand Diane. I have been a Broker in the Denver Metro Area for over 43 years. I began my real estate career after returning from the Navy and 3 tours of VietNam. Graduated from the University of Colorado where I majored in Business and Real Estate.  It has been a pleasure assisting ourfriends  clients with the sale and  purchase of homes throughout the Metropolitan Area. 

I am also a Colorado Native having grownlup in the Denver area. I have been fortunate to have served a a variety of capacities over the years. I have served as President of the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, North Metro Realtor Association, Wetminster Rotary Club. I served as an Adams County Commissioner and had the priviledge of chairing negotiations leading to the construction of Denver International Airport as well as founding Chairman of the E-470 Highway authority. I currently serve on the Professional Standars committee for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. 

Diane and I avid travelers, love to cook, sample great wines and as she mentioned poil our two dogs.

My husband and I, Mike Archer, had the good fortune to have Diane and Steve Cramer as our realtors.  They helped sell our home in the north Denver metro area in early 2016.  From the time that we made the decision to downsize in the fall of 2015, they made the process of selling our home as pleasant an experience as it could possibly be. 

Diane and Steve made all the arrangements for every step that needed to be taken from the appraisal, photos for web sites, open houses, brochures for the curb, ads for papers, helping us with staging and pricing and multiple other items that go into selling a home that we don’t even recall now.  Diane even took my dogs for a ride one day when Steve showed our home and I was out.   Their emails and use of paper-free web portal made it convenient for document signings.  We were constantly informed via email of new properties coming onto the market and of any news or documents that needed our attention via email updates. They made themselves available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  These days, that kind of customer care is unusual and difficult to find.
