Muusa Liinpaa
With my over 25 years of experience in customer service and a well-rounded team based approach, I will walk with you during one of the biggest decisions of your life; your home. My role in the transaction, whether selling or buying a home is to be your navigator and consultant, working on finding the perfect solution for you. I will guide you through the process, the timelines, and all your options with decades of professional knowledge and support from my team.
I truly enjoy working with home buyers. It is a process, and there is an enourmous amount of growth in it whether you're buying a home for the very first time or not. From the first time we meet, to finding the perfect home, all the way to closing day. International clients are like first-time home buyers in many ways. The process can be intimidating, and working with a real estate professional, that truly understands what you're going through helps.
When selling a home, the pricing approach I use is tri-fold, looking at your home and the neighborhood you live in from several different angles before giving you a recommendation. Ultimately the decision is yours. During the listing process, I will work with a team of professional photographers, staging specialists, contractors, inspectors and most importantly well-known and trusted escrow specialists.

I was born and raised in Finland, one of the 5 Nordic countries, and I am fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English. I went to school at University of Helsinki majoring in Education. I also have a degree from Lake Washington Institute of Technology's (LWTech) School of Health Sciences.
When not busy with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, and volunteering in my children’s class rooms or with Girls Scouts of Western Washington. As a parent of special needs children, I have a soft spot for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
