Tracy loves Charlotte. Having grown up in a military family moving frequently, she is happy to have called Charlotte home since 1999. She became a real estate professional in 2005 with a passion to set herself apart with her outstanding commitment to customer service. Tracy is consistently a multi-million dollar producer with a large portion of her business coming from repeat and referral clients. She prides herself on taking the time to understand her clients' motivation and desires so she can successfully walk them step by step through the home buying or selling process. Going above and beyond is a trademark of Tracy, most notably her commitment to learning and improving her skills. She has completed the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Tracy also holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation as well as the GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors.
In Tracy's free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her nieces and friends. The rest is spent volunteering. She can frequently be found visiting area hospitals and nursing homes with her greyhounds. She is a member of Greyhound Friends of NC working to raise funds and awareness for greyhound adoption. She also volunteers with several other groups including RAIN (Regional Aids Interfaith Network) & APBF (American Pitbull Foundation).
