First, I am a full-time, full-service REALTOR®. Looking after my clients’ best interest is more than just my job, it’s my calling.
Second, I am not a mass-producer with a wide geographical reach. My focus on the local market and my preference is to work with a finite number of like-minded clients. We've all heard the phrase 'shop local' and 'buy local'. Real Estate is as local as it gets. You deserve a REALTOR® who really knows the area you are looking to buy or sell in. My hyper-focus is the Skykomish Valley; Monroe, Snohomish, Sultan and Gold Bar but I’ve also sold homes in Duvall, Carnation, Everett, Arlington, Lynnwood, Bothell, Mount Vernon, Camano Island too!
Third, as a Certified Residential Specialist, I have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
Every year I look forward to helping my clients with their general real estate needs – buying and selling. However, I have a strong expertise in historic, unique, distinctive homes; as well as, equestrian properties. I have a special interest in preserving history and building community.
On the personal side, family, my community, horses, and photography are my passions. Another little tidbit – I am a flower farmer with an interest in peonies and family heirloom irises and lilies. Living organically is also very important to me since so much of what I love loves the outdoors!
