- Susan started Real Estate in 2003 and quickly found a career she loves. She deals with people from all walks of life and specializes in first time home buyers and people from the auto racing community. She feels that treating people with honesty and integrity is the basis for her business. Susan knows that buying or selling a home is very stressful, so makes sure that all steps are explained fully, and tries to make it a fun experience. Susan was a manager for Carpenter Realtors for many years, but decided to take all her time to focus on her clients only. She has lived on all sides of Indianapolis, so understands the specialties of all markets. Susan has been a Five Star Professional agent every year since 2011, and loves the fact that this award is voted on by her customers.
