Blue Skye Lending, a licensed mortgage broker, is headquartered in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida, nestled on the border of Manatee and Sarasota Counties. It was founded in 2006 by a team of experienced, top-producing mortgage consultants who recognized a void in the lending community. They were looking for a company that embraced the same vision as they did, so they created Blue Skye Lending.

Leslie’s experience in the financial industry extends over 25 years and includes bank management, private banking, and managing clients’ equity holdings as a licensed Financial Advisor. Leslie has received numerous awards for production achievement and excellence in customer service. When she began as a mortgage loan originator in 2003, Leslie was recognized nationally in Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the Top Rookies of the Year. Since then, she has consistently been a recipient of the National Five Star Mortgage Professional Award for Best in Customer Satisfaction.

Leslie is the co-founder and co-owner of Blue Skye Lending. Blue Skye was founded in 2006 based on the idea that if clients’ needs came first, everything else would follow. This philosophy has been realized as Blue Skye Lending was voted the Herald Tribune’s Reader’s Choice for Best Mortgage Lender in Manatee County and Sarasota County. As well as the Bradenton Herald's Peoples Choice for a Mortgage Lender.

Leslie’s financial expertise and knowledge have been invaluable in assisting clients with their financing needs. Leslie’s drive and determination, and philosophy of growing Blue Skye’s business one satisfied customer at a time, has enabled her to work successfully with all types of clients at different stages of their lives; whether they are buying a home for the first time, or they are experienced homebuyers.

Leslie is a member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association, the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. She resides in River Club with her husband, Anthony, a Financial Advisor at Benjamin F. Edwards, and two incredible kids, Austin and Brittany.

Marci has been a mortgage loan originator since 2003. She has an extensive background in the mortgage industry and her work as a wholesale lender and underwriter has given her an in-depth, first-hand experience of the lending process. In 2006, she became one of the founders and co-owners of Blue Skye Lending. She has continually received multiple awards as a top producer and has been consistently recognized for her outstanding customer service. She is a recipient of the National Five Star Mortgage Professional Award for Best in Customer Satisfaction.

Marci resides in Lakewood Ranch with her husband Dave and her son Dylan.

Peter traded the long winters of Connecticut for the Gulf breezes of Sarasota back in 2004. He has been providing home financing to satisfied families and individuals ever since. Peter brings a unique perspective and value to his clients as he has also been a licensed Realtor, a licensed residential appraiser and Real Estate office manager. This background and knowledge enables him to provide a comprehensive view of the entire home purchasing and financing process from start to finish. Peter's goal is to get you to the closing table as easily as possible.

Educated in Washington, DC at Georgetown University, Peter holds a Business degree and an MBA, and is a recipient of the National Five Star Mortgage Professional Award for Customer Satisfaction.

Sue is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 2003 with her husband Dan, son Ryan, and daughter Shannon. She can honestly say that she does not miss the weather in New England!

Sue has been a Mortgage Broker in Florida since 2004 and truly enjoys helping people achieve their dream of owning their own home. She has received the National Five Star Mortgage Professional Award for Best in Customer Satisfaction every year for the past nine years.

Sue knows that issues do not only arise between 9 and 5, so she makes herself available to her clients at night and on weekends.
