Luke Slivkoff is the Branch Manager at PRMI and has a lot of experience in the financial world. He worked in financial services as a paraplanner and then as a financial advisor before going into business with his father for about seven years. He became a loan officer 15 years ago and and came to PRMI in 2014 and has over $250 million in originations and currently has over $120 million in loans-under-management.
Luke's clientele range from high net worth celebrities all the way down to first time home buyers looking to experience the American Dream of homeownership! One of the best things about working at PRMI is that Luke can make the experience personal and memorable, something that is very important to him. His exclusive Trillium service model provides best-in-class service and expertise! To him, financing a home is not just about the numbers but it’s about people, families, and cherished memories.
If you ask Luke what his favorite part of the job is, he’ll say that it’s helping people reach their financial goals. He wants what’s best for each client, which isn’t always buying a house right at the moment they come to him. Luke says, “I never like to tell anyone ‘no.’ Instead, I prefer to say, ‘when.’”
Luke works in both California and Arizona which fits his love for travel. He and his family have a lot of fun in the outdoors. Luke enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, bike riding, and water sports. He’s also a world-renowned BBQ master (he’s even been known to pull out the grill at work on a Friday afternoon, which the rest of the team appreciates). Oh, and he’s a little nerdy—he likes Star Wars and old cartoons and classic TV shows.
