I have known Sarah for many years we have always been close and when we worked at Ashford when she decided to go do real estate best choice of her life and she helped me find my passion in Finance. After being stood up by our first realtor, we were recommended to Sarah by some friends. She drove all the way down to Pueblo to meet with us not even knowing if we were in the market. After the initial meeting, we knew that we were in good hands. Sarah drove down to Pueblo anytime we needed to look at a house. When we had found the house we wanted she made multiple trips at our request, no questions asked. Sarah was great to work with! As a first time home buyer, we initially started talking to just see how the home buying process worked, and where we would start once we felt ready. She met up with us over coffee, explained the process along with the pro's and con's of renting vs. owning and answered the plethora of questions we had. Any questions she didn't have immediate answers to, she researched for us and got back to us as soon as she knew. Once we decided that buying was right for our situation, she was very communicative, even taking calls/texts at odd hours to help ease our minds.
