Having witnessed all phases of the market cycle, he is able to utilize the strategies and tools he’s gained or created to assist buyers be successful in their offers and negotiations. He revels in the collaboration with real estate agents and takes pride in meeting those partners and clients transaction deadlines. He also enjoys alerting past clients of refinance opportunities that the market presents and providing a mortgage that meets their needs and puts them in a position to stay on pace with their goals.
Ken’s primary passion is his family. He has an amazing wife and 3 very fun & active boys. They love spending time at the beach when possible. It is a very busy family with lots of sport events to attend and practice for.
