I am very fortunate to work with the Legends of Real Estate, a boutique brokerage, that allows for enhanced creative marketing, greater team support and a higher level of hands on personal attention for the customer. We offer full service including relocation services, marketing worldwide and on an elevated creative level locally, property management and rentals to name a few.
More than 95% of my business is from referrals and repeat customers. I believe in the “more is more” philosophy, anticipating that my customers want me to conduct their business just as I would want my own to be conducted. I do not ascribe to the theory that the highest number of listings indicates the highest level of competency. I service my clients daily and provide a very direct approach through communication and productivity.
My advertising and marketing plan is based on the highest amount of exposure and includes new and creative ways to market a property. Combining advertising with other businesses in an area, hosting open houses, developing area open houses coordinated with many different brokerages, are all examples of a more creative marketing plan than just print and electronic media. I still commit to the most professional photographers for virtual tours (no matter the price point of the home), still use as many resources as possible: newsprint, magazines, brochures, mailings, postcards, email networking, realtor lunches, open houses, realtor.com, MLS, Trulia, Google, Zillow etc.
