"We are finally getting settled into our new home and have time to take a minute to jot out an extremely deserved review of our amazing RE agent. Morgan exceeded our expectations in every way during our search and purchase process. We were given so much assistance ~ answers to late night texts, Morgan was able to set up short notice inspections (the home we ultimately purchased I requested to see via text in the middle of a trip of looking at other properties ~ the same day!) she had knowledge of everything and was able to answer all of our questions about neighborhoods, walkability, commute times to other areas, types of trees, tile, groundwater, closet lake or park, drainage slopes, solar panels, water damage, paint colors....we had a LOT of questions! If she did not have an answer she had a slew of personal professional contacts on her phone she would call immediately to get us the answer. Morgan was kind, patient, immediately got a read on what we were looking for, has an amazing sense of style and design ideas (was a professional decorator/stager/home design specialist -having worked with some pretty big names in the CA celeb scene- sorry Morgan if you read this but thought that was pretty cool~ which she didn't disclose until a month of working together ~ but was obvious in her observations.
