LaShawn is the founder of Priority One Homes Team (POHT), which is comprised of well-rounded individuals who are skilled in residential real estate sales, marketing, professional staging and even residential construction!
In addition to being the founder of POHT, LaShawn is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and also a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She and her Team continually seek advanced education so they can put their knowledge to work for their client's benefit.
Associated with Mainframe Real Estate, LaShawn and her Team advocate for Buyers and Sellers in Seminole, Orange, Volusia & Lake Counties.
LaShawn is married to Rick, who is a Certified Residential Contractor, licensed real estate agent and a new home construction supervisor. LaShawn and Rick have three children and live in Seminole County.
Born in Orlando and raised in Lake Mary Florida, LaShawn has vast knowledge of the local real estate market and stays current on trends and market conditions in order to best serve the Team’s clients.
