About Me

My name is Thomas Kennedy and I was born and raised in Bucks County. My family lived in Yardley and Churchville.  I graduated from Council Rock in 2005. I went on to receive a Bachelor’s in Finance in 2009 and a 2-year certification in landscape management from Rutgers University. My diverse experience and degrees have proven to be major assets to my clients in assessing a property’s current current condition, value, and maintenance solutions.

I am licensed in both PA and NJ. My office is in Newtown, PA.

My parents, Tom and Flo, still live in Churchville with our family dog, Shelby. I currently live in Lawrenceville with my beautiful fiancee, Jenn, and our dog, Lucky.
