I never truly understood what a true real estate agent does until I me Margie. I learned that it is a bewitching combination of promoter, psychologist, advocate, unsentimental business analyst, and unapologetic control freak. With Margie, from beginning to the end of the process, nothing happens by accident.

The first step is getting to know and understand her client.Although she does it subtlely and without you being aware of it. She is acutely aware that she is not purchasing a home for herself, but instead she develops a visceral understanding of both the practical and emotional profile of the customer she is serving. Second she is a brutally hard worker. Once she gets an idea of your purchase and sale requirements, the machine works 20 hours a day and is totally dedicated to fulfilling the goals of her client. On top of this unrelenting dedication, she comes to the party with more than 33 years of experience, which enables her to identify every conceivable issue that might arise, and to creatively invent new issues if it serves her clients interest. While she is a fierce advocate, she deploys multiple strategic skills, and can turn on the charm and diplomatic skills with flawless acumen.

First in terms of buying our home. Margie spent many months searching for our new home with us. She knew what type of home would best fit our family, even better than we did ourselves. She never tired of telling us about new listings, or taking us on tours of homes on the market  In addition she never pushed us to consider something that didn't seem right for us, and was very patient during our search. We have known Margie for 11 years. She has been an enormous help to us. We moved to the Main Line in 2006, when I was 9 months pregnant. She worked very hard to find us a home late in the season that was in our budget, and that was going to work right away with the new baby coming.
