Tim has been selling real estate and new construction homes since 1994. He understands that buying or selling a home is a huge step in your life. Tim will focus on your needs and make your priorities his priority. Selling or buying a home is a team effort and you are the driver, he is there to guide, educate and provide the best service possible. He understands buying or selling a home can be stressful and people need a partner that will be available, compassionate, friendly and humorous at times.
Tim is dedicated to selling his clients' homes quickly and at top dollar and finding his clients the right home that meets their wants, needs and budget, whether you’re a fist time home buyer or a seasoned buyer.
A key to Tim’s success is his patience and dedicated work ethic. He knows how to listen and will gladly volunteer information but more importantly when to stop talking. When negotiating deals for his clients Tim is assertive and effective without being aggressive. He is known for his integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all his dealings. Tim has strived to be someone in whom his clients and colleges can put their trust and faith in. More than 90% of his business comes from referrals of satisfied clients, past and present.
Before real estate, Tim was in retail management at a large, nation-wide store in Austin. This experience was invaluable to him developing problem resolution and customer service skills. It prepared him to maintain control of sometimes difficult situations, the art of compromise and he gained vast and meaningful insight into customer and employee interactions with diverse personalities and backgrounds. In 1994 his passion to learn more about the real estate industry led him to Keller Williams. Their values, friendly atmosphere, depth of recourses and training was a perfect fit as well as the opportunity to learn from some of the best agents and team leaders in the industry.
Tim specializes new construction and is a Certified New Home specialist and Residential Construction Certified. He worked onsite and a new home sales consultant for 14 years with some of the nation’s largest homebuilders, so he has knowledge of the sales process, from negotiating the best price, lot selection, contracts and options selection to the home construction process and stages, buyers walks and closing process. If it’s a custom home you have in mind, he can also find that perfect piece of land or lot to build on. Tim is familiar with the many different financing options available in the market today and is Tech Savvy.
