I maintain an active real estate business in several communities on Chicago's North Shore in Cook and Lake Counties. Work experience, formal education and technical skills in statistics, research and analysis enable me to identify patterns in property values and antiicipate future trends that assist my sellers, buyers and multi-unit developers in setting price, negotiating price and marketing their homes and new developments. As a Member of the Lake County Board of Review and Certified Illinois Assessing Officer for nine years, I gained a well-grounded understanding of the relation among levy, assessment, tax rate and property tax, of major importance to all property owners. Beyond the objective metrics in the transfer of property, I understand the importance of seeing a property through a client's eyes and attend to the subjective components of selling and buying one's home.
