Lamar Jostes was licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 1989.
After a decade of executive reporting and strategic planning and analysis in the banking industry, Lamar transitioned into residential real estate. He now applies his knowledge of risk management, insurance, and mortgage origination along with his skills in marketing and business strategies to the residential real estate space.
Lamar’s professional experience provides the skill set that allows him to develop innovative marketing and pricing strategies, lead effective negotiations, and become a sought out advisor for clients in their real estate needs.
Lamar is a native Texan, having grown up in rural South Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting. Lamar resides in Plano with his wife of 15 years and they enjoy raising their son and daughter. He enjoys running, camping, skiing, mountain biking – most anything outdoors – is actively involved with his church and serves in the community through Boy Scouts with his son. Lamar is an Eagle Scout.
