I am well connected in the Pasadena community-with memberships in Pasadena Thrift & Investors as well as board member of Pasadena's Aids Service Center, Chair of Big Night Out, President of Pasadena Wine & Food Society, President of Madison Heights Neighborhood Association, ran the well known Children's July 4th Parade and Picnic, President of Pasadena Beautiful Foundation.
I served as chairman of Pasadena's Concours d'Elegance and the last four Pasadena Birthday celebrations back in the 1990's and early 2000.
Additionally I have earned the Real Estate designations, GRI & CRS. He is a recipient of the International Presidents Circle award years 2000 & 2002 as well as the International Diamond Society 2003. In 2004, he was awarded the International President's Elite award. I continue to receive real estate awards and accolades.
