Working diligently to make the Southwest Suncoast the best place to live, work and play in Florida. It is for this reason that I remain actively involved within the community to improve the lifestyle experiences for our residents. Working today provides a bright future for the Community that I proudly call “My Home”.
Serve since 2010 on the City of Bonita Springs, Board for Land Use Hearings and Adjustments and Zoning Board of Appeals as its Chairman for four years. I have served as a Director of the Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors and in 2017 as Board President.
As a part of my involvement with the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors I serve on 3 state committees: LAND USE, PROPERTY RIGHTS AND SUSTAINABL DEVELOPMENT SUB-COMMITTEE; REALTOR PARTY INVOLVEMENT COMMITTEE; AND RESORT AND SECOND HOME SPECIALIST FORUM.
Resident of the Bonita Bay Community since 1993, I served on the Homeowners Transition Committee when we successfully converted Community management from the Developer to the Homeowners. I am have a member of the Bonita Bay Design Review Committee and since turnover on the Board of Directors Nominating Committee.
I served as President of my HOA for 7 years from 2003 to 2012.
Serve as and active member of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs as Sargent at Arms. Member of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber’s Presidents Club and a 2007 graduate of the Chamber Leadership Bonita program.
