It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa! We were in a rental with an air conditioner that barely worked in the middle of the Texas summer, upon explaining this to Lisa the first time we met her at our home to tour it she went out of her way to make sure that we were quick in the process of paperwork. Lisa would text and email us instructions as needed so that nothing would be missed. Once we were approved to rent our new home Lisa checked in on us and treated us like longtime friends.
