As a seasoned agent, I have a great deal of real estate experience. I take pride in my knowledge of the local and surrounding markets, and I put my clients' interests first. Whether it is a first-time homebuyer, a relocation, a seller, or a military family, I am there for you!
My previous experience includes working 8 years for builders, and I was one of the top sales reps - closing approximately 80 homes a year. When you add this to the sales I have made as a Realtor, I have sold about 850 homes. In today's market, you need someone that knows how to talk to builders as well as someone that is consistently making sales. This experience is also a benefit for those buying a pre-owned home, or selling a home because, based on the home builder, I know what the pricing should be as compared to other builders' homes on the market, and I am comfortable with the current market pricing.
Whether you are a buyer or a seller, the sky is the limit when it comes to my professionalism. I am an ethical, honest, and hard-working agent who will work with you until your transaction is complete and continue to value our connection way after the deal is closed.
One of my most important specialties is working with veterans. I have my Military Relocation Professional designation and my USAA Movers Advantage Preferred Agent certification, which means I am especially trained and experienced in providing quality services to the specific needs and wants of our militarypersonnel and their families.
