I have lived and worked in St. Johns county since 1997. I specialize in homes located in St. John's County including Ponte Vedra Beach, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns and St. Augustine. I am an area expert who is familiar with both resales and new home construction in some of our popular communities including Nocatee, Shearwater, Beachwalk, Aberdeen, Durbin Crossing, Heritage Landing, Murabella, Palencia and World Golf Village just to name a few. I am also a Nocatee Certified Agent & resident.
I have a Master's degree in Management from Jacksonville University. I am married and have two children that have attended public schools in the St. Johns county area since Kindergarten. I have had an active FL real estate license since 1984. I am a member of the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, National Association Board of Realtors and Florida Board of Realtors. I hold a certification as a short sale and foreclosure resource specialist.
