Jim's successful career includes managing corporate real estate - where at various times was responsible for the corporate real estate portfolio globally, accountable for real estate buying/selling, contract negotiations, vendor management and space planning and design. After several years on the corporate side, Jim has taken his passion for real estate to the residential side where he has proven to be a top performer, expert negotiator and drives to complete client satisfaction.
