I've been selling Colorado homes since 1994.  Practically everything about buying and selling houses has changed in that time.  I keep up on the changes through Real Estate Classes.  We are required to have 24 credit hours of Continuing Education credits every 3 Years. I take many more classes than I am required to.  This helps me to keep up on changing trends and rules.  I really enjoy being a Real Estate Professional Broker.  I love Real Estate! I am not a high volume Broker - I average 10 - 15 sales per year.  I like to be in control of the process.  I do not use Transaction Coordinators or unlicensed assistants.  I will follow your transaction from beginning to closing.  You will find that I excel in communication, returning all calls, texts and emails on the same day - If it is late - the next day.  Every deal has bumps in the road, many require extra research, Finesse in negotiating and a willingness to work hard to find solutions.   I have been awarded the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in 5280 magazine for eight years in a row.  I thank all of my clients who recommended me and I promise to continue to work hard to keep that distinction.
