I’m a Texas native, and after studying in Paris, London and NYC, I finally settled in Los Angeles in 2009. I've always loved real estate and bought my first property in 2010! I believe anyone who wants to own property should be able to! So I've been focusing on second home markets like Big Bear and Mammoth because they are more affordable than LA and can become income properties! The area I specialize in is Silverlake/Los Feliz.
