Meredith was extremely helpful when finding a house. My gf and I were first time home buyers, and were not exactly sure what we were looking for. Meredith was very patient while we looked from town to town trying to gauge location and pricing we were comfortable with. Each house we looked at,  Meredith weighed in on the pros and cons and was completely honest about her thoughts on each property. She even pointed out flaws that we didn't notice. I was helping my daughter, Nia with purchasing her very first home. For a young person, and even a seasoned buyer, (I have purchased and sold many homes as a homeowner over the years) the process can be highly intimidating. In addition, there were special factors to account for Nia’s closing. That said, Meredith could not have been more professional and more importantly, sensitive at every turn to Nia’s needs for a successful closing. There were times when the deal could have fallen through but Meredith was always there to guide the process along with the many stakeholders. I am grateful and would not hesitate to recommend Meredith to family and friends.
