"I remember meeting Gina at a Home Buyer Workshop where she was a presenter back in 2007. I knew instantly that she would be the person to help us achieve our dreams of owning a home for the first time in our lives. She has such a calm spirit and a patient presence. You know that what you see is what you get with Gina. She put the confusing world of the mortgage process in such clear terms that I walked away from our initial meeting wanting to know more. I told my husband about the workshop and Gina that night, so excited with all the information that I received. Even though we weren t ready then, I knew that I would be contacting her in the next few years. Fast forward to 2011.
