Amy Cook, Realtor, Coastal Premier Properties, has been awarded the prestigious San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) Platinum Circle of Excellence Award for sales exceeding $50 million. She has received the elite FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent award for the past eleven years in a row.
Amy Cook’s broad educational background, a BS in Engineering and BS in Biology, allows her to focus on her clients’ diverse needs with meticulous attention to detail for every transaction. In addition, she attended the MBA program at the University of San Diego.
An active member in the North County communities of Rancho Penasquitos, 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Rancho Bernardo and Poway, Amy has extensive experience with the renowned Poway Unified School District, as well as Coastal neighborhoods which include the San Dieguito School District . She and her family make their home in The Lakes Above Rancho Santa Fe.
In addition to being involved in her children’s activities when they attended Park Village Elementary School, (through Mesa Verde Middle School and Westview) Amy coached the Varsity Tennis Team at Westview High School for six years. She enjoys the challenge of the sport, as well as interacting with players and their families.
From new construction, to buying, selling, and taking the time to find the perfect home for families, Amy enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done. Free staging is a service she provides to all of her clients.
