Why Mary Bell?                      
Finding our holiday home
Our communications with Mary started only six months before she found us our dream home, not the home we thought we needed, but one that ticked all the boxes and more. She listened to our telephone requests, emailed hundreds of possible properties, then took us around on the viewings all organized and within a time suitable for us.

Never did we think we would be buying a new build, as we had in mind a spacious Florida home, with garden space and in a good community. Patiently Mary took us around our requests, then when we suggested a new build she was equally resourceful finding us the perfect location in Clermont.

So our actual meeting with Mary lasted four days and within those four days we found our dream area, designed the interior and signed the deal thanks to Mary Bell who was there every step of the way. She was there for us from the conception to the actual completed build using her experience and knowledge to help us as owners from the UK.

When they say you only need “one Realtor” we can strongly endorse this if you use Mary Bell; she will be there for you, she will make time to visit you, she explains the processes and she she supports you at meetings with other agents.
