I have been a real estate broker for over 30 years, beginning my real estate career by working for one of the largest new home builders in Oregon. Not only did this company build homes but also mobile home parks, shopping centers, apartments and golf course communities. The experience I gained gave me a broad knowledge of land development, property management, building construction,customer service and satisfaction, maintenance issues and how a home's value can be increased by bringing it to it's fullest potential. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the Certified Negotiation Expert designation and the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist designation. I am familiar with condominium associations, budgets, 10 year reserve studies and how they are managed. I have been a member of the Declaration and Bylaw Revisions Committee of a condominium association of which I am an owner. I am a real estate investor and a landlord and believe in real estate investments as an essential part of anyone's portfolio.
