My professional activities and community involvement resulted in my being awarded the 2010-2011 Rotarian of the Year by the Torrey Pines Rotary Club, and 2013-2014 Governor's Torchbearer Award for the highly successful Care 'n Share Toy Drive. Other board and committee positions include Del Mar Foundation, La Jolla Playhouse, RITZ Committee-San Diego Zoo Global,  and the City of Del Mar's Sea-Level Rise Stakeholder-Technical Advisory Committee (STAC).

I'm well-known for bringing the highest integrity and Rotary's "Service Above Self" motto to everything I do.
