Originally from a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, Sherrey Welch attended Ohio University. She relocated to Rochester Hills, Michigan, where she raised her children and attended graduate school at Michigan State. In 1995, Sherrey became an owner of various investment properties in the Venice area and subsequently chose to move to the Gulf Coast in 1998.
When representing her clients, Sherrey combines her vast knowledge of our community's various lifestyle options with her 30 years of sales experience and strong skills in customer relations, communications and negotiations to provide the results they deserve. Sherrey has been honored to be recognized by her peers and customers as a 15-year (2006-2020) FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent award recipient. .
