The McClain Group, Larina McClain & Kelly VanHee work together within one of Denver’s highest grossing real estate firms, Madison & Company Properties, as an experienced and unified real estate team. The most successful operators start with strong foundation and complete mastery of their required skillset. Larina understood this early, and began her real estate career in 2002 on the commercial side with one of Denver’s premier real estate firms, Unique Properties. The competitive nature of the industry required her to learn the details of real estate operations, marketing, contracts, logistics and customer support. Larina’s hunger to expand her expertise eventually motivated her transition in to full time residential real estate in 2004, where she quickly helped build her team to top producer status through hard work and a love for what she say’s is helping people in their journey to find home! In 2013 Larina was asked to join Madison & Company Properties to head up their residential luxury department for which she enthusiastically agreed and embraced. “Everyone wants the luxury experience and that’s what I am going to provide”, is how she has built her business and the loyal clients who have followed her through the years. She now acts as a
managing partner for Madison & Company Properties but her passion is still the daily grind of real estate & building memories with her clients.
Larina’s counterpart, Kelly, joined the team in 2015. Kelly receives her career inspiration from her family, who has been involved in the real estate business for over 30 years. Her natural competitiveness, honesty and passion translates organically to her career, and has enabled her to become quickly connected in the Denver community within multiple social groups across a variety of generations. Kelly’s background in real estate finance and economics provides an optimal foundation for the analytical aspects of the business. Kelly repeatedly provides high value for her clients with her attention to detail and collaborative approach. A Colorado native, Kelly has had the advantage of observing Denver’s rapid social and economic transformation first-hand, and has already made a huge impact in the market and will for years to come.
Together their team along with Amanda Winter (administrative assistant) have won numerous awards including 5280’s 5-Star award for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 based off of customer service and satisfaction, as well as Madison & Company Properties top overall residential producer award for 2016 and largest residential deal to date for the company of over 100 agents. Larina and Kelly focus primarily on the luxury market of Denver, but say that no deal is to small, as their business is built off of the relationships they have established and the network they have built over the last 14 years in real estate.
