PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Tom Foster

My view of real estate is balanced, having split my business fairly evenly between seller and buyer clients for the past 25+ years. While specializing in Norwalk, my business in working for both buyers and sellers extends from coastal Fairfield County up to and including lower New Haven County with extra emphasis on the Milford-Orange area.
As a client, you will get the unvarnished truth from me every step of the way. I only recommend what I actually can show people using realistic data and insights based on in-depth market knowledge. The Comparative Market Analysis that I provide, besides being organized, usually goes a step or two beyond the norm in terms of providing often overlooked creative perspectives that back up my recommendations.
There is a lot to the process of selling and/or buying, from understanding representation to the pros and cons of “binders” and different types of contracts to all the “what-ifs” that occur in a negotiation to handling multiple offer situations and more. I strive to provide you with all you need to know so that you, as the client, can make informed decisions.
Real estate representation is a fiduciary responsibility. I take it seriously. I regard it as a privilege.
