Hi, my name is J.J. My family and I started looking for a house cause we thought it’s time to get a nice house with a yard instead of living in an apartment especially when you have kids, they always wanna be out playing at the yard and making stuff. Looking for the right house is always difficult with the limited budget, that what we thought! We went into an open house and there we met Cathy, we had a conversation for like 20 minutes about what our budget is and what we are looking for. She was very professional and already told us a lot of things we did t know in this 20 minutes. My wife and I decided to hire Cathy as our agent and exchanged contact information at time. I thought she would get back to me the next day with some information or some houses we might visit, but NO. She got back to me the same day sending me emails about houses that we could go visit within our budget. Till we found this house that we really liked and we told Cathy that “ we love this house and we want it, make it happen”. There was some road blocks but we trusted Cathy and we believed she could do it. In less than two months I had the keys! It was an incredible effort that Cathy and her team was putting in this in order to make it happen. Cathy was calling me everyday at least once in order to follow up with me and make sure that we got what we want. I’ve already told other people about her and hope they’ll hire you Cathy.
