Merle is a professional real estate consultant who has been working in the field for thirty years. She now trains and mentors other REALTORS in the Atlanta area, and provides comprehensive assistance and resources to seniors in transition and their families.
Merle has worked in education, public relations, special events planning and human resources. She currently works for Keller Williams Realty, as a Charter member. Previously, she worked for Merrill Lynch/Prudential, and Coldwell Banker. One of her most memorable work experiences was teaching in England... and Pace Academy in Atlanta, GA.
Merle's area of specialty is selling residential properties in the Atlanta area. She has worked with many clients from Fortune 500 companies to the Baby Boomers. Currently Merle is an active member in the International Club of Atlanta, Vistage (Executive Wives Club), and KW Cares (Local Community Organization).
When Merle is not actively networking and selling Real Estate around Atlanta, you can find her at Newtown Dog Park with her Miniature Dachshund, Belle, or getting lessons on PowerPoint from her thirteen-year-old granddaughter. Merle lives in Johns Creek with her husband of 40+ years, Stephen Land, an active Family Law Attorney.
